Heading out shortly to pick up Westen, however my weekend was fairly eventful. I renewed my membership at Vertical Ventures and I’m setting aside as much money as I can in order to go for this skydiving license and get back into school. I have fun djing for people that enjoy my music but it seems fairly destructive to my wellbeing as I always seem to drink when I’m doing it.
Lifting is getting better. My dead lift is up to 205 for five reps and improving. Most other lifts have shown improvement as well. The diet has been really good minus the drinking and the grits i had last night. Lost a lot of body fat and some lean mass unfortunately, but I feel great and my endurance has improved tremendously.
